Fished the Harper's Ferry section yesterday with pretty good results. We boated good numbers of fish all between 12-15". Action was on and off more dependant on holding areas than anything. Wide flat sections had slower action. Deeper holding areas and riffles had better action and also larger fish. Clarity was great. Flies that took fish, spoon minnow's, the New CKBaitfish, Clawdads, Rabbit Strip Snook flies and Poppers. Colors that were getting attention with White, Rust for Clawdads, Brown for Clawdads and Black and White for Poppers. Water was low, but pretty good fishing considering the conditions that the mid Atlantic has.
